Prices & Testimonials

Sessions can take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works better for you, but they should be held regularly to maintain continuity and support the therapeutic process.

Standard Rate

  • £55 per 60-minute session

 

Block Booking Discount

  • £300 for a block of 6 sessions
    This offers a £30 saving overall. Block payments are made in advance of the first session and must be used within a reasonable period

 

I understand that living with chronic illness or disability can leave you feeling misunderstood, judged, or excluded by services that struggle to accommodate the realities of your health. Flare-ups, fatigue, medical appointments, and changing symptoms can all affect day-to-day life and make predictability difficult. I am committed to offering a practice that is compassionate, affirming, and responsive to these realities. By balancing professional consistency with flexibility where it is needed, I aim to create an environment in which you feel respected, supported, and able to engage in therapy without fear of being penalised for circumstances beyond your control.

This thoughtful and accommodating approach is an important part of my practice and, for many clients living with chronic health conditions, helps therapy feel more accessible, sustainable, and attuned to their needs.

All sessions are to be paid for via bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance, as outlined in the therapy agreement. I strive to provide a practice that is understanding of the unpredictable nature of chronic illness and disability. If ill health, a symptom flare-up, or medical needs mean you need to cancel at short notice, please let me know as soon as you are able. I will do my best to offer an alternative appointment within the following week so that you do not lose your session or incur an additional fee. If a session cannot be rearranged within that timeframe, late cancellation charges may apply. 

Cancellations unrelated to ill health made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.

Availability

I currently offer sessions at the following times:

  • Tuesday: afternoon & evening
  • Wednesday: morning, afternoon & evening
  • Thursday: morning, afternoon & evening
  • Saturday: morning only


All sessions are held online or by phone, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
